This guarantee is limited and conditional:
Available to first-time customers only
One refund per customer
Applies to orders of 2 sprays or fewer
Orders over £40 are not eligible
Bulk, multi-pack, or repeat purchases are excluded
Once a refund is issued, the guarantee is considered used and cannot be claimed again.
Hygiene & product use
Hairemedy is a cosmetic product. Once opened or used, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This is why we offer a no-return refund guarantee instead.

1. Introduction
Welcome to Hairemedy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Hairemedy website and any related products or services. By using the website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect immediately when posted on the website. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
3. Product Information
Hairemedy sprays are cosmetic products designed to provide temporary thickening and coverage.
They are not medical treatments and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.
Results vary depending on hair type, usage and styling.
A patch test is recommended before full application.
4. Orders and Acceptance
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy.
Your order is accepted only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.
We may cancel orders where stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or suspicious activity is detected.
5. Pricing and Payment
Prices are shown in GBP and may change without notice.
We accept payment through supported platforms such as Stripe, WooPayments, and TikTok Shop.
You agree to provide accurate payment information.
For purchases through TikTok Shop, TikTok’s policies take priority over these Terms.
6. Shipping and Delivery
6.1 Delivery Confirmation
When a courier marks a parcel as “Delivered,” it is considered delivered to the address provided.
If you cannot locate your parcel, contact us within 7 days.
6.2 Replacement Policy
We will check the courier’s delivery information (such as GPS or delivery photo).
If the parcel still cannot be located after reasonable checks, we will send a replacement free of charge.
6.3 Repeat Delivery Issues
If repeated delivery issues occur with the same customer, address, or account, we may decline future replacements or refunds.
6.4 Incorrect Addresses
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided at checkout, we cannot refund or replace orders delivered to that address.
7. Returns Policy (14 Days – Unused Items)
Separate from the 30-day guarantee, you may return unused products within 14 days of receiving them.
Products must be in original condition and packaging.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the error is ours.
Refunds are processed within up to 7 days after we receive the returned item.
Used items cannot be returned under this policy.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Use the website for unlawful purposes
Impersonate any person or provide false information
Interfere with the website or payment systems
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Hairemedy website, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Hairemedy and protected under UK copyright and trademark law.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or specific cosmetic results.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Hairemedy is not liable for:
indirect or consequential loss
loss of profits, data, or goodwill
staining or damage to fabrics or surfaces
allergic reactions or irritation
misuse of the product
Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, strikes, extreme weather, or supply chain disruption.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
