We want customers to buy from Hairemedy with confidence. This page explains exactly how refunds work, what is covered, and what is not. There are no hidden conditions and no vague promises. If you are unhappy, we deal with it clearly and directly.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you try Hairemedy and decide it is not right for you, you may request a refund within 30 days of delivery.
- No return required
- Product cost and shipping are fully covered
- One refund per customer
- Available to first-time customers only
- Applies to orders of two sprays or fewer
- Orders over £40 are not eligible
To request a refund, email Axl@Hairemedy.co.uk with your order number. Refunds are processed within 7 days of approval. Once a refund has been issued, the guarantee is considered used and cannot be claimed again.
Hygiene, Use, and UK Consumer Law
Hairemedy is a cosmetic product. Once opened or used, it cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
For this reason, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee instead of requiring returns. This provides greater protection than the standard 14-day right to cancel, without requiring customers to send back used products.
Unused and unopened products may still be cancelled within 14 days of delivery under UK consumer law, but in most cases the 30-day guarantee is the simpler and preferred option.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we will replace it free of charge.
Missing Parcel: “Delivered” but Not Received
Couriers may sometimes mark parcels as delivered when left with a neighbour, in a safe place, or at an alternate entrance.
If your tracking shows Delivered but your parcel is missing:
- Check neighbours and safe places
- Contact us within 7 days
We will review the courier’s delivery information. If the parcel cannot be located after reasonable checks, we will send a replacement free of charge.
If repeated delivery issues occur at the same address or customer, we may decline future replacements.
Incorrect Address Entered at Checkout
If an incorrect or incomplete address was entered at checkout and the courier delivered to that address, we cannot offer a free replacement or refund.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within up to 7 days after approval. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to display the refund.
